Enfield Town was transformed as the vintage car and costume event rolled into town.
A plethora of classic cars were on display at Market Square, in Enfield, as car lovers packed the town to have a look at cars from more than a hundred years of motoring history.
Owners dressed in the era of their cars to enter the car and costume competition, with costumes ranging from the Kray twins for the MK2 Jaguar, to a country squire in a racing green Jaguar XK120.
But first place went to Peter Read with his 1926 Oldsmobile. The oldest car on show was the 1912 Belsize fire engine, which is based at Whitewebbs Museum of Transport, in Enfield.
Town centre manager and organiser Mark Ruddling said: “I hope this will be the first of many more community events of its type in Enfield Town."
