Teachers and former pupils gathered at a school to reminisce as it celebrated its 60th anniversary.
Worcesters Primary School, in Goat Lane, Enfield, welcomed those past and present to its new extended school as its pupils gave tours around the new site.
A temporary museum was also set up giving alumni a chance to revisit past school reports and photographs.
Karen Jaeggi, headteacher at Worcesters, told the Enfield Independent: “We have a great history here and the school is going from strength-to-strength.
“We are expanding and received awards for healthy living and physical education which are also being celebrated.
“We have all learnt a lot this week, including myself, about the school’s past and it’s wonderful to have people who served this school incredibly back for our big day.”
In the evening of March 26, the school invited councillors and other schools to the site where the school choir performed and looked back at the six decades of teaching at the school.
