A health watchdog has urged people of the borough to give their experiences of the London Ambulance Service.

Care Quality Commission with by carrying out an inspection into the service in early June and Healthwatch Enfield is encouraging patients to give their feedback.

Lorna Reith, Healthwatch Enfield Chief Executive, said “Patient feedback on ambulance services are usually very difficult to capture so this is a great chance for local people to have their say about how the service should run.

“We all hope we never have to call an ambulance but if we do we want to be confident the service will be efficient and patient-centred.”

The inspection will be into emergency care and non-urgent patient transport.
