Children at St Edmund's Catholic Primary School took part in a mock election of their own last week.
The children, who spent the week learning about Parliament and the different political parties, voted in the school hall which was turned into a Polling Station.
Key Stage 2 manager Jo Nagle said the children had some great discussions in lessons and really enjoyed the experience.
The result - different from the real thing - a landslide victory for Labour!
