A woman has been taken to hospital after a crash in Croydon last night.
London Ambulance Service was called at 9.27pm yesterday (May 16) to reports of crash involving a car and a pedestrian.
The incident happened at the junction of Roman Way and Factory Lane in Croydon.
An ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car and an incident response officer were sent to the scene.
A trauma team in a car was also dispatched from London’s Air Ambulance.
A woman was treated at the scene of the incident and taken to hospital.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 9.27pm yesterday (16 May) to reports of a road traffic collision involving a car and a pedestrian at the junction of Roman Way and Factory Lane, Croydon.
“We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car and an incident response officer.
“We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance.
“We treated a woman at the scene and took her to a major trauma centre.”
